New Banner

Hi! It's me again. I finally changed the banner. Version 3.0 featuring NEWS. It looks okay??? I think the text wrecked it but too bad we need some text on it telling that its "eternal snow creations" and its from "eternal stars" and also the "version 3.0; feat"
Actually this banner is very simple... I just added one texture and added some text and I was done.
